For sports teams, leadership teams and organisations

Mental Performance Training for Teams

Your people are talented and they work hard. What changes results under pressure is how they think, decide and respond when it counts, and whether they do it with a shared language. The CoreCraft Method takes your whole team through Niel Geyser’s high-performance methodology together: 18 weeks, one start date, one system.

Why teams

One language for pressure.

When a team learns the same frameworks at the same time, the language changes. “Play the ball.” “Set up the moment.” “Control, influence, accept.” These become shorthand in the changing room, the boardroom and the debrief. People stop reacting to each other and start working the same problem.

The CoreCraft Method was refined in UFC fight camps and leadership teams. It was built for the moments where pressure exposes the gap between what people can do and what they actually do.

How it works

How a team works through the course

1. Tell us about your team

Size, arena and when you want to start.

2. Choose your start date

Your team starts together, and every member gets their own sign-in to the CoreCraft app.

3. Work through the same weeks

Two concepts every two weeks: a theory week with video and audio lessons and a printable guide, then a practice week using them in real moments.

4. See how the group is moving

The organisation gets group progress reports, totals only.

5. Graduate

Members who graduate all four layers are invited into the Black Belt group.

What's included

What your team gets

For every member

The full CoreCraft Method course: four layers, nine pairs of concepts, 18 weeks.
Video and audio lessons, guides and voice notes.
The CoreCraft app: morning and evening routine, Moment preparation, the Tool Drawer and the Weekly Debrief.
Invitations to CoreCraft members' events and occasional webinars.
After graduating: the CoreCraft network of high performers and the Black Belt group.

For the team

A shared start date, so the group moves together.
Group progress reports for the organisation.
A package tailored to your team, agreed with you before you start.

Privacy

Group totals. Never personal answers.

People only do honest work on themselves when they know it’s private. So the organisation sees group totals only: how many are active, how many debriefs were filed, how the team is spread across the layers. It never sees any individual’s numbers, and never anything a member has written. What each person writes in the app is theirs, and they can export or delete it at any time.

Who it's for

Built for teams under pressure

Sports teams and squads

Your athletes are physically prepared. Give them a system for the mental side, the margin that decides close games.

Leadership and executive teams

Better decisions under pressure, cleaner conversations, and a team that can work the problem instead of each other.

High-pressure functions

Sales, operations, client-facing and frontline teams whose results depend on how they handle the moment.

Whole organisations

Roll the method out across departments and build a shared performance language across the business.

Price

The same price per seat

Teams pay the same as individuals: R500 per member per month, for as long as the course runs. Teams start at five people.

Workshops

Want to start in the room?

Some teams like to begin or finish the course together in person. Half-day and full-day workshops can be added alongside the course. Ask us when you enquire.

Proof

Tested where it matters

The CoreCraft Method was created by Niel Geyser: 3rd Degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Judo black belt, and the grappling and mental performance coach behind Dricus du Plessis’s UFC Middleweight Championship. Niel has taught the methodology to fight teams, sports squads and leadership teams over more than 20 years of elite coaching.

Common questions

Questions teams ask

Price, privacy, timing and what happens after the course.

How much does the CoreCraft Method cost for a team?

Teams pay the same price per seat as individuals: R500 per member per month, for teams of five people or more. The organisation can pay monthly by card through the website or by invoice, and each team’s package is tailored and agreed before the start date.

Yes. The CoreCraft Method for teams starts at five people. Smaller groups can join individually, at the same price of R500 per person per month.

Yes. A team starts the CoreCraft Method on a shared date and works through the same weeks, so everyone is learning and practising the same concepts at the same time. Each member has their own sign-in to the CoreCraft app.

The organisation sees group totals only, such as how many members are active, how many weekly debriefs were filed and how the team is spread across the four layers. It never sees an individual’s numbers or anything a member has written in the app.

The CoreCraft Method takes 18 weeks at the fastest pace: four layers, taught as nine pairs of concepts, with a theory week and a practice week for each pair.

Members who graduate all four layers are invited into the Black Belt group, a private community of graduates. They can keep their membership at R500 per month to stay in the group and keep the full course, including every update.

The CoreCraft Method suits sports teams and squads, leadership and executive teams, high-pressure functions such as sales and operations, and whole organisations that want a shared performance language.

No. CoreCraft is performance coaching: a structured methodology for how people think, decide and act under pressure. It is not psychological treatment. Anyone dealing with a mental-health concern should speak to a registered psychologist or their doctor.
